Introduction
The dealings of God, the deliverance of God, the mercies, helps and Favours of God for man a conceived in the secret place. How far man can go with God depends on the secret place.
The length, breadth and depth of God’s blessings upon any man depends on the secret place factor. God does not neglect the secret place, so no man should neglect the secret place,
i. Plans, Purposes and Dealings of God Are Forged in the Secret Place.
ii. Answers to Prayer depends on the secret place.
iii. Destiny fulfilment depends on the secret place.
iv. The promises of God coming to pass depend on the secret place.
v. Great Deliverance depends on the secret place.
vi. Change of destinies for the best depends on the secret place.
vii. The Lord fighting for you depends on the secret place.
To buttress all these benefits, results, outlook and outcome of the secret place is the story and journey of the deliverance of Israel from Egypt and making them a nation under God.
Moses and The Secret Place
1. We see the Lord sought out Moses not in the open but in the secret place – Exodus 3:1-4

3. We see the Lord’s conviction of Moses in the secret place. Exodus 3:5-
4. We see Moses acceptance of the impossible in the secret place. Exodus 3:5-22
5. We see Moses believe and trust in the Lord in the secret place. Exodus 3:3:5-22
6. We see Moses perform uncommon and unusual miracles, signs and wonders out of the secret place. Exodus 7-10
7. We see Moses cry to God in frustration for help not in the open but in the secret place. Exodus 5
8. We see the Lord instructing and directing Moses from and in the secret place all the time. Exodus 4-14
9. It was not the secret place but the open place that denied Moses the privilege of entering the secret place – a one time abandonment of the secret place was costly. Numbers 30:10- did not hallowed and sanctified the Lord in the presence of the people, like you were from the secret place.
The Promises To Abraham Required The Secret Place For Fulfilment and Manifestation
i. For the Promises of the Lord to Abraham and to Israel to be Fulfilled, The Secret Place Was Required
ii. The Wilderness Experience was to forge and turn Israel into the people of God through the Secret Place Experiences
iii. There Were Calling, Drawing and Invitations To The Secret Place By Occasions, Experiences and Circumstances.
No wonder some were set apart because they entered into the secret place and abided there: Joshua and Caleb. Psalms 103:7
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
The Eight Plagues Against Egypt, And None in Goshen: The Secret Place in the midst of the enemy. A place called Goshen with different conditions, situations and circumstances due to the presence of God.
The Passover Lamb and Meal: This created a temporary secret place for the children of Israel from the Angel of Death, the place of the blood in the secret place revealed and foretold here. Forgiveness of sin and holiness create the secret place.
The Killing of the First Born Of Egypt: Without the secret place the angel of death had a field day to kill the firstborn. In the secret place there is no permission for the enemy to operate.
The Red Sea Deliverance – Exodus 14 & 15
They saw, experienced and felt the Red Sea Opened. Saw the land and road created in the bottom of the Sea. Saw the water of the sea as walls on the right and left. Saw the army of Egypt drowned and dead on the seashore.
What an experience of the great deliverance and miraculous. Yes, they sang and after that what happened?
The Wilderness Experience and The Secret Place: How can an over two million people live a normal and regular family life in the wilderness if not by God, of God and for a purpose – to learn, see, desire and stay in the secret place of the Lord.
It was to forge a place of knowing, accepting, relationship, obedience, trusting, holiness, promise fulfilment and becoming a peculiar people called of Hod and by God.

2. The Secret Place Through the Water from The Rock and Waters of Meribah – Exodus 17:6 | Numbers 20:8
3. The Secret Place Through The Pillar Fire and Pillar Cloud by Night and Day – Exodus 13:21 | Exodus 13:22 | Exodus 14:19
4. The Secret Place Through The Supply of Food and other Divine Provisions – Exodus 16:35 | Deuteronomy 2:7
5. The Secret Place Through Défense and Multiplication – Exodus 8:22 | Exodus 9:26 | Deuteronomy 11:25 | Psalms 105:23-24
6. Secret Place Through Miraculous Victories of Wars – Exodus 17:12-16 | Numbers 21:33-35
7. Secret Place Through The Giving of the Law and Commandments – Exodus 24:12
