Tayo Abiodun, is a certified HR and Management Practitioner, Business Advisory and People Consulting Specialist with over 30 years of world class experience. He is a Certified Trainer, A certified Personality Profiler, A Certified People Coach.
An executive director and managing partner in three consulting firms. He has also had rich work experience in the banking sector rising to the level of Assistant General Manager/Vice President.
His experience also span among others, People/Talent Development & Management; HR, Corporate Communications, Organizational Design/Development, Sales/Marketing, Merger and Acquisition and Leadership Development and Mentorship.
He is the Convener of the Global Leadership Summit, an annual event in partnership with Global Leadership Network. He has served in this path for over 10 years.
 This initiative is to develop individuals for personal effectiveness and leadership both in the church, marketplace and the community.
This program draws now not less than 2500 participants and growing, across two locations annually presently.

He is a graduate of Sociology and Masters in Labour and Industrial Relations from the prestigious Universities of Lagos and Ibadan both in Nigeria respectively.
He also has a Masters Degree in Christian Leadership. Presently studying to acquire a Doctor of Ministry qualification and other research engagements. He has had several local and international management trainings and consulting engagements over the years.
He is a member of the CIPD Uk, CIPM Nigeria and PHRPi among others.

Tayo is a firm believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, as Lord and Saviour. He has had the priviledge of serving the Lord over the years in different capacities both locally and internationally. He presently serves a Pastor in a large Pentecostal Mission/Church with responsibilities over 125 churches in Nigeria, South Africa, United States of America, and Canada.
