The Effects and Results of Discouragement:

1. He will loose hope and faith

2. He is filled with doubts

3. He will look for alternative gods and alternatives

4. He can go into great sin and backsliding

5. He can loose his love and passion for God

6. He loss his vision, purpose and passion

7. He withdraws from all important and life issues

8. He can become suicidal

Prevention and Solutions To Discouragement

Eight Major Ones – But in One – Presence of God, the antidote and shield against discouragement. This is secured by: I am what I am by the grace of GOD: Heb 4

1. The Grace of God through salvation – Titus 3:5-7

2. The Word of God – Heb 4:12 | Jh 1:1-4

3. Worship – Jh 4:23-24 | Acts 16:25

4. Prayer – Jabez – 1 Chron 4:9-10

5. Obedience and Submission To God – Acts 13.22 – I have found in David a man after my own heart

6. Busy For The Lord, Advancing His Love and Kingdom – Acts 1:6-7

7. Hope of Eternity – Titus 1:2 | Titus 3:7

8. Undying Faith in the Lord – 2 Tim 1:5
