i. There is no real forgiveness of sins without the cross or outside of the cross.
ii. What you have is a covering. With the cross is real forgive with the death and destruction.
iii. Real grace, strength to truly and completely forgive is received at the Cross
Father, forgive them for they know not what they do. This premise and attitude if learnt from the Lord is

- useful for relationships

The true and real source of holy communion is the cross
What to remember at the communion is the cross
Can you drink the cup I am to drink or baptized with
How can you then partake at the communion if you are not staying and living at the cross
When you come to Holy Communion, Jesus is saying I having gotten the greatest of all breakthrough, come and celebrate with me.
⁃ Do this in remembrance of my breakthroughs
⁃ A meal of victory
⁃ A meal of triumphs
We are celebrating the greatest breakthroughs of all and ours at the Communion
Partaking in holy communion without carrying your cross is a misnormal.

The Cross is the real place of humility :- surrender, submission and obedience, doing the perfect will of God, staying in the perfect will of God
