The Sayings of Jesus About The Cross – During & At The Cross
After the cross was a glorious new beginning heralded by the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. When Jesus resurrected, he said some more deeper things to all his followers that should shape and define our Christian living.
Within the period of the death of Jesus Christ and his resurrection there was a shifting in the spiritual realm, spiritual structures, spiritual possibilities, realignments in the calendar of eternity, kingdom of hell and kingdom of God celestial and terrestrial.
We shall dwell on a few of the things Jesus said that relate to the workings of the cross
and the future of men.
1. ALL POWER IS RELEASED AND RECEIVED AT THE CROSS: Matthew 28:18 | Phil 2:5-11
LESSONS
At the Cross through the ministry Word and the Holy Spirit is a place to access, know, gain and be empowered with the mind of Christ.
It is the mind, soul and spirit that define the new man in Christ Jesus making the body and the flesh to conform.
Your reputations, attainments, achievements and glories must and can only be submitted to God the Cross.
These must be released to stay and live at the cross.
The only thing that can earn me a crown in heaven is the cross. No cross, no crown.
Remember the lyric – and exchange it someday for a crown – 2 Timothy 4:8 | Revelation 2:7 | Revelation 2:17 | Revelation 2:26 | Revelation 3:21
LESSONS AGAIN
a. Not only must a carry my cross, stay and live at the cross – I must also cherish the cross above all else, above every other thing, it must be life to me. No wonder Apostle Paul said to die is gain. The best thing in my life as a believer is the cross of Jesus: Philippians 1:21 | Revelation 12:11
b. All power, all forms of power from the Lord and powers against all powers and forces. IN THIS POWER:
c. Righteousness is included
d. Grace is included
e Holiness is included
f. Kingdom expansion power is included
g. Power for prosperity and wealth is included
h. You cannot be powerless at the cross
i. You cannot be a failure at the cross
j. You cannot be stranded at the cross
k. You cannot be without wisdom at the cross
l. You cannot be in lack, poverty and sorrow at the cross.
m. The cross answer it all. The cross provides for all needs. Dreams and goals are attained at the cross.
2. THE KINGDOM IS GROWN AND EXPANDED ONLY AT THE CROSS: Matthew 28:19-20 | Mark 16:15-18

f. The recipe for the missionaries, evangelists and pastors required among Christian’s for the expansion of the kingdom is living and staying at the cross.
g. The recipe for every believer to be a great example and ardent soul winner and discipler for the expansion of the kingdom is living and staying at the cross.
h. The recipe for a life and living of miracles, signs and wonders for all believers is simply living and staying at the cross.
3. THE CROSS IS NECESSARY FOR PURPOSE AND GLORY: Luke 24:25

We see the cross as our today and future. Embrace the cross to know, pursue and fulfill your destiny.
Destinies are revealed, accepted, empowered and fulfilled at the Cross.
